Founder’s Strategy Session (Half-Day) – A deep-dive into your practice goals, regulatory needs, and workflows. This can be completed in one dedicated session or spread across multiple shorter sessions, depending on your preference.
Weekly Progress Calls (60 minutes each) – One-hour calls to review completed work, answer questions, and adjust as needed for the duration of the project.
EHR/EMR Setup – Configuration of your chosen platform (SimplePractice, Jane, TherapyNotes, MindBody, etc.) including client intake, documentation, and compliance features.
Booking, Payments, Phone Number, and Email Setup – Seamless scheduling, secure payment systems, professional business line, and HIPAA-compliant email integration.
CRM Setup – Implementing and configuring a client relationship management system so you can manage leads, referrals, and communications in one place.
Systems Integrations – Connecting all your tools (EHR, CRM, email, calendar, website, etc.) so everything works together without double-entry or dropped information.
Done-for-You Implementation – Beyond planning, I personally set up and test each system so it’s ready to use on Day 1.
The result: A stress-free, fully integrated system that supports your whole practice, so you can spend less time juggling tech and more time doing the work you love.

For all my clients, I conduct an in-depth assessment of their business needs, strategies, and workflows. This is a lot like an assessment you might do for a new client who comes to your clinic — but for your business! Based on what I learn, I will create a strategic tech systems plan for your business needs — keeping in mind your budget and tech savvy. My goal is to turn the system back over to you at the end and give you the tools you need to feel confident!

Just having your tech setup isn’t enough — in order for your business to run smoothly your tech has to be connected to each other. If clients can find your website, but have to go to another site to book, that makes the client expereince disjointed and frustrating. There are many integrations that need to occur in order to make sure the client experience (and the backend work you do to keep things running) is smooth.

I do most everything for you, but these items are not included:
Website - many clients come to me with a website already completed. However, I have a website add-on for those who need one!
Branding - you will need to create or have your branding created. This includes colors, fonts, and a logo if needed. Let me know if you need resources for this!
Customized training - The Onboard package includes a handoff session where I show you how your workflows work, as well as resources for training on product websites. Custom web-based training ceated for your specific workflows is available upon request and is quoted separately from the Onboard package.
